It was great to have Ralph recording my session ...with online meetings I'm noticing the messages we hear in them are less "sticky" - too often we get straight on to the next Zoom which overlays what we have just heard. Graphic recordings like Ralph's are an antidote to that, reminding us of what we experienced together, providing a lasting event record.
